Christmas Tour of Homes

Yikes - where has December gone?! {Not to mention 2013!} Christmas is three days away in my time zone... So hard to believe! A couple of weeks ago, my blogging friend Heather asked if anyone would like to participate in a Christmas tour of homes. I've seen a few tour of homes around blogland, but I haven't seen any with a link-up for other bloggers... We decided to include that in our posts! You can link up any Christmas-themed ideas... Recipes, gift ideas, games, traditions, decorations and more! We want to see YOUR ideas!

I don't think I've shared many pictures of our little home... It's pretty simple - but that's what we like. Here's a picture of our mantle this year... I love displaying the Christmas cards we receive from friends and family - it's so nice to be reminded of the love we share with so many people!

My grandma gave me this little nativity set when I was younger, and I think it's my favorite piece of our Christmas decor... It's a simple reminder of what Christmas is all about!
{nevermind the santa card in the background of the manger scene}

I printed this free printable from Jones Design Company last year. Again, I love having a simple reminder of the birth of our Saviour and who He is.

I made these denim stockings a few years ago...

And what's a Christmas tree without the lights and ornaments?! I'm pretty traditional when it comes to Christmas decor... Red, white and silver is my favorite!

We bought the tree skirt on clearance a couple of years ago after Christmas - and I love the sparkle! It adds just the right touch to our tree.

Hope you have a wonderful Christmas celebrating the birth of our Saviour! We'd love for you to link up your best Christmas-related posts below - and hop around to check out the other posts too! Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Thanks so much for hosting with me! I love your decorations. I'm also a traditional kind of gal with my tree, I think. I went a little out on a limb with my deco mesh, but it had to be red and green! Btw, I'm loving the greenery hanging from your mantle! So gorgeous.
